As a tenant applicant you will be asked to complete an applicant form and credit search request. Prior to offering you a tenancy in one of our properties we will require:

• A current employment reference
• A previous employment reference (if current ids less than 6 months)
• A previous landlords reference (if applicable)
• Subject to acceptance, you will require a deposit equal to a months rent; a months rent in advance and an administration fee dependant on the type of application.
